Massage Therapy questions

How long are sessions?
We offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions. If you are not sure, tell us what is going on and we will recommend a length.
Which type of massage should I choose?
You don't have to decide. Tell your therapist where it hurts and what you've tried, and they will blend the right modalities for that session. Read our guide to massage types for more.
Can I combine massage with an adjustment?
Absolutely, and many patients do. Massage before an adjustment relaxes guarding muscles; massage after helps the correction hold.
