Wear something comfortable
Most adjustments are done fully clothed. Loose, flexible clothing works best; no need to change.
Bring what you have
Any prior imaging or records, your insurance card if you plan to use it, and for auto injuries, the claim or police report number if available.
Plan on about 45 minutes
First visits include a conversation, an evaluation, warm-up therapy, and your adjustment. Follow-ups are usually 20–30 minutes.
